ご利用日の2週間（14日）前までご利用料金総額の30％
ご利用日の1週間前（7日）前までご利用料金総額の50％
ご利用日の6日前までご利用料金総額の100％

※正式予約確定後（入金確認後）ご予約をキャンセルされる場合、
上記の日程でキャンセル料金が発生いたします。

返金処理について（About refund processing）

・返金処理に手数料が必要な場合は、手数料を差し引いた金額の返金となります。

・お支払い方法（一部の交通系ICの電子マネー）によっては返金処理が行えない場合がございます。

その際は銀行振込み等の方法で返金処理をさせて頂く場合がございます。

・お振込みでのお支払いの場合、振込手数料を差し引いた金額をご指定の口座へお振込み致します。

・If a fee is required to process the refund, the amount will be deducted from the refund.

・Depending on the payment method (some electronic money), refunds may not be possible.
In that case, we may process the refund using methods such as bank transfer.

・If you pay by bank transfer, we will transfer the amount minus the bank transfer fee to your designated account.
